
Andrew
– Keynote Speaker –
Andrew is a Southeast Asian native who has been faithfully serving among the unreached since 2002. Over the years, he has taken on many roles—nationally and internationally—as a mobilizer, coach, mentor, encourager, and movement catalyst, walking closely with local leaders and communities across the region.
In this season of his life, Andrew sees himself simply as a movement servant…. coaching and coming alongside movement catalysts—listening, strengthening, and supporting them as they reach their own people. His journey reflects a deep commitment to seeing the unreached encounter Jesus and join in worship of the Lamb, as local, multiplying communities of faith continue to grow.

Mason Tan
– Keynote Speaker –
Mason Tan: After more than 2 decades of working in the profit-driven financial world, Mason decided to pursue purpose-driven work as a born-again Christian in 2012, as he recognizes God as the Creator of the Universe who owns the marketplace. As a follower of Jesus Christ, Mason sees social impact investing as one of God’s economic empowerment expressions to fight poverty economically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually to promote human flourishing and restorative justice. He advocates the importance of sharing and applying biblical principles not just on Sundays, but as well as during the rest of the week outside church, especially at the workplace. Mason’s passion is to help vulnerable groups make their dreams come true with meaningful purposes in a spiritual communion setting.
Besides working as a licensed asset manager who manages Garden Impact Fund out of Singapore, Mason also serves on the Global Board of Directors for Prison Fellowship International since September 2022 which has a presence in more than 120 countries by focusing on restorative justice for the incarcerated, their loved ones, and the victims. In addition, Mason also serves on various advisory roles for international faith based organizations, with a passion in creating endowment trust structure to promote long term financial sustainability that can support
With 3 grown-up working adult children, Mason and his wife Jasmine enjoy traveling around the world to visit nature which reminds them of the wonder and beauty of our Creator.

Claire
– Workshop Speaker –
Claire began training others in Ministry Partner Development (MPD) in 2013, following her own experience in ministry with Operation Mobilisation and a strong biblical conviction. She co-authored Personal Support Matters (2024) with Myles Wilson.
Now an MPD trainer, coach, and consultant, Claire works alongside many Christian organisations and holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC qualification (2025). She also co-leads The Partnership Collective, supporting mission organisations in Europe to thrive in MPD.
Claire lives in Birmingham, UK, with her husband, three daughters, and two chickens. She loves to drink herbal tea, knit and chat with friends.

Rebecca
– Workshop Speaker –
Rebecca began training others in Ministry Partner Development (MPD) in 2010, following her own experience in ministry with a network of different mission organisations. She transitioned from training to coaching staff and later to consulting and coaching leaders. She co-authored A Kingdom for a Team with Mike Breneis and Anton Svoboda, published in German in 2023 and in English in 2025.
As an MPD trainer, coach, and consultant, Rebecca partners with a wide range of Christian organisations. She holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) qualification and co-leads The Partnership Collective, supporting mission organisations across Europe to grow in MPD and learn from one another.
Rebecca is German and lives in Milwaukee, USA, with her husband. She loves good coffee and bringing people from different backgrounds and perspectives together.

Rob
– Workshop Speaker –
Rob is an ordained minister and an entrepreneur.
Although he has served as a full-time pastor, most of Rob’s work/ministry has been as a Business as Mission practitioner in Asia. He and his wife founded The Incubator (www.b4tincubator.com) in 2018. This is a hands-on equipping program that helps BAM entrepreneurs prepare to launch Business as Mission projects in the world’s most spiritually unreached places. As of January, 2026, Rob has also been serving as the Director of GlobalWorks (www.globalworkscanada.ca). He is passionate about seeing Christ-followers from all walks of life grab hold of their invitation into the Missional living, believing that we all have a part to play in completing the task.
Rob and his wife live in S.E. Asia. They have raised four children on the field, who are now all settling in Canada. Rob enjoys studying across disciplines and is currently working on a PHD in Missions. He plays soccer, swims, paints (poorly) and always looks for a good cup of coffee.

Susan
– Workshop Speaker –
Susan has been a bi-vocational for more than 25 years and spent 20 years in a CAN. She has been in tertiary education, a leader in an NGO and also owned a business. She was previously on the global vision council and national director of an organization. She is currently developing partnerships & collaborations, involved in bi-vocational marketplace and tentmaking training as well as leadership development. She has a background in law and policy and is currently in a doctoral program. She has a heart for CANs and is passionate about seeing the whole church equipped so the other 98% are also involved in holistic missions. She enjoys hiking mountains, travelling, learning languages, reading, movies and having good food with family and friends.

Dr. Gary Goh
– Workshop Speaker –
Dr. Gary Goh (Doctor of Education) is co-founder and director of the Master of Strategic Foresight Programme at Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary. A Singaporean educator, he teaches across Asia and in China, equipping pastors and Christian educators to engage cultural, technological, and societal change faithfully. His work focuses on artificial intelligence, Christian education, and futures thinking as resources for strengthening the church’s witness and leadership formation in rapidly changing mission contexts. His research appears in The Journal of Youth and Theology and other academic journals, and he also conducts AI training for educators in the Singapore public sector.

Ashley
– Workshop Speaker –
Ashley was born in Malaysia and came to faith in Jesus during his study in Singapore. Soon after his newfound faith—God gave him a vision for Unreached People. He started serving in cross-cultural mission with Operation Mobilization (OM) ship ministry (1997-99), pastoral ministry in Singapore (2003-2005), pioneering work in South Asia (2006-2016). He is the owner of Cup Cafe franchise (2012-Present), and the founder of 3cmSpace website ministry (2021-Present).
He graduated from Singapore Bible Collage with a bachelor’s degree in theology (BTh) and master’s degrees in pastoral counselling (MAPC); also completed his Master in global leadership (MAGL) and Doctor of Missiology (DMiss) with Fuller Theological Seminary.
Ashley loves reading, thinking, traveling with his family and connecting with people over a meal or good coffee. He is married with three children. He is currently serving as OM East Asia area leader.

Sam
– Workshop Speaker –
Since 2017, Sam has served God full-time as a cross-cultural worker in remote areas of Indonesia and later among one of the Unengaged and Unreached People Groups (UUPGs) in the Middle East. In 2022, he became a mobilizer, sharing God’s heart with students, young believers, churches, and campus ministries, inviting them to join in fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ through their professions.
He is currently involved in a local Indonesian sending agency, Nurisa Indonesia, based in Surabaya, Indonesia, which has a vision to mobilize, recruit, train, and send a generation of young professionals to the Unengaged Unreached People Groups (UUPGs) until indigenous, independent and sending communities of believers are formed.

Johnny
– Workshop Speaker –
Johnny was born in China and came to faith in Jesus after moving to Sydney, Australia. He felt a strong desire to share this precious hope with those who had not yet heard the good news. After he and his wife moved back to Hong Kong, Johnny joined short-term mission trips and soon felt called by God to study theology in the MDiv program at the China Graduate School of Theology (CGST). During his three years of study, God opened his eyes to a wider range of mission needs.
After graduating, Johnny served as a mission pastor at a mission-minded church in Hong Kong from 2013 to 2023. In 2023, he began serving as the executive director of Operation Mobilization (OM) Hong Kong while continuing his master of intercultural studies.
God gave him the vision to mobilize like-minded churches and individuals in Hong Kong to engage in world missions through OM’s resources, so that more lives can receive God’s love and the gift of eternal life. Johnny enjoys cooking, traveling to witness God’s work around the world, and connecting with people over good food and coffee.
